I've been using Relai for about 10 month now. Even though the kyc was verified. All of a sudden I was locked out of my account with certain amount of BTC on it and the only answer I got is they will work on it and takes more than a month!!!! Do yourselves a favor, STAY AWAY from these scammers. Update July 10th: Having received the shittiest possible customer service, I was told that after 45 days they will release the account. I emailed them after 45 days and they said it's 45 working days!!! After fulfilling the 45 working days, they still haven't released my account. Please do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM RELAI. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. If you transfer BTC to your account, they will just freeze it and revoke your access, without any explanation.
