As a product manager I hate asking devs about their progress for the day - there's too much friction. However, I need to make my manager aware of the progress. Then he has to make his managers aware of the progress. Therefore, an AI-powered progress trakcer could help with that! And the lift is minimal - 3 minutes of description of tasks a day. Which would save a product manager hours of time!

When you manage a remote team, you set goals, but it's harder to track progress. What if there was a tool that created transparent way to track progress instead of tasks and create reports that could be shared with management? What if this tool created a fully transparent system without the need for complex planning? And it wouldn't take a lot of time - only 3 minutes a day. I try to solve this by developing Done!
