Most career problems are demonstration failures. You know things you can't quite say when it counts: the interview, the review, the negotiation. Those are the highest-stakes conversations, and nobody teaches them. I know the gap from the inside. I'm neurodivergent, and English is my second language; I had to build the corporate emotional grammar by hand. I've been helping others build it ever since: teammates first, then hundreds of coaching clients, now through software. As co-founder of Duos, an AI career coach, I designed the voice engine that holds long interview sessions without breaking character. Duos is fully bootstrapped, with a live cross-platform app and paying subscribers. I assembled the founding team on one rule: contributing had to advance each person's career.
