The sales rep we dealt with over two or three weeks decided to go over our heads and email our CEO when we gave him a flat no and said we didn't want their service. That's pretty scummy. Despite our flat no, there was a possibility we might come back to it in the future, but after the sales rep decided to go above our heads like that, there's no possibility we would ever go with this company ever again.
