I've got a forty day plus streak going on Intention and it feels great. I will say, I probably do the same amount of work as I always have, but I take much higher quality breaks now. Instead of browsing Reddit for a half hour I might go for a walk or pick up a physical book or stand up and stretch before. I've had access to newDay for several weeks. It feels like a perfect quarantine project as I've got fewer anchors to the outside world. 100 minutes feels like a great size for productive work chunks (YMMV) and it feels more important than ever to set intentions for time, to avoid falling into mindless internet browsing for the whole day.
