Thanks for checking out LuxeBook! Happy to answer anything. A few things that might be useful context: Why WhatsApp specifically? In Malaysia, Singapore, and most of SE Asia, WhatsApp is the default communication channel for personal services — not email, not SMS. Every existing tool was built for the US/UK market and either bolted WhatsApp on as an afterthought (sending from a system number)...
