I was recently reached to by the Head of Operations at Kickoff. They read my review and was able to refund my purchase from 9 months ago. I do appreciate this and they were very kind as well. I'll be adjusting my review to 3 stars here as I think its fair since my initial experience was not the best. Thanks to Kickoff for correcting this. Leaving my original review below.
I recently signed up for Kickoff and picked a coach. I got a welcome text and messaged my coach a good time for a consultation call. 1 week later I never heard anything from my coach, never received a workout plan or nutrition plan that was promised.
This is all fine but what led me to make this review is when I contacted support for a refund I was told "Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds because it is financially unsustainable for the coach and for Kickoff". This didn't make any sense because I never even received any service from kickoff or a coach.
