π Hi hunters! We started this because we wanted to experiment/dogfood the Mux API + Next.js, but then it took on a life of its own. We started using this to share videos/recordings internally, and with friends, so we decided to polish it up a little and released it to the world!

Just set it up for my company! Pro tip for anyone that wants to do this: be careful about what you include in the markdown writeup. My message included "<=" in the budget description, which made something barf and cut off most of my message. Otherwise, worked like a charm!

The skin is really slick! Awesome work, this is one of the cleanest new player designs I've seen in a while.
Just out of curiosity, what made you decide to build this from scratch and not use Video.js, at least as a base? (disclaimer: I'm one of the maintainers)
