By day: AI Systems & Agent Platform Engineer at Aetna (CVS Health), focused on LLM evaluation, reliability systems, and enterprise AI transformation. By night: Founder of Appy Hour Labs and creator of Telos-OS — an open-source framework that turns real-world optimization problems into declarative YAML manifests solved by MILP. I believe infrastructure decisions should be driven by math, not meetings. Telos-OS is how I'm making that real. Previously: Built the AI Workforce Lab — 7 AI agents running autonomously on a Mac Mini, complete with eval gates, approval queues, and security-first governance. Based in Connecticut.
