Before fathom, I'd spend hours going through meeting recordings to update notes and see if anything was missed. Fathom transcribes and organizes meeting discussion very well and through Ask Fathom, I can dig into detailed questions about what was covered, questions that were asked etc., whether in a single meeting or multiple meetings with a prospect. It is my most highly recommended tool.
