This product idea came when a friend of mine who runs a small company mentioned the unnecessary back and forth that can occur when non-Github users need to report issues, doing most of the co. project mgmt via Github. He solely wanted a place to point non-Github users in the co. to so they could submit their own issues without needing others to write it for them. Perhaps for smaller companies...
