There are days where my journal is just a simple couple of lines, others when I pour myself over the email. Before AhhLife I didn't really had the habit of keeping up a journal, but it's been a really fun journey so far. Pros: It's really easy to keep updating your journal since you only have to reply to an email Cons: It could get overwhelming at times
