Martin Karp has devoted more than three decades to making a meaningful educational impact through teaching, leadership, and policy work. With degrees from the University of Miami, including a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, an M.Ed., and a B.B.A. in Marketing, along with a master’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, his academic achievements reflect a balance of educational expertise and communication skills. His belief that real change comes from active involvement has guided every role he has undertaken. Over the years, Martin has served in multiple capacities—teacher, principal, school board member, and currently Chief of Staff for a network of independent schools.
