My journey spans from managing large retail organizations with over 700 employees to fine-tuning 1:1 marketing strategies for SMEs. Currently, as Senior Director of Channel Management at Sunrise UPC GmbH, I focus on steering our private customer targets across various platforms, including retail and online.
