Mark Arensberg is a business transactional attorney with more than four decades of experience advising companies on structuring, contracts, and complex commercial matters. He has practiced since September 1982 and is preparing to reach his 44th year in the legal profession in 2026. Arensberg has built his career in transactional business law, focusing on practical counsel and long-term client relationships.
