I have been using Baserow for 12 months now and use it daily for a range of marketing related uses, both our own and client tables and applications. Baserow 2.0 is a significant upgrade to its capabilities particularly the Automations and internal AI making life easier for getting systems online and fully functional quicker.

The new chat box layout is visually very appealing. I particularly like how the chat box expands when the help desk is selected by the user to allow easier reading of the help article and how they can switch back to chat if they need to. Great Job Crisp!!

Been using Integrately for about 3 months now as an alternative to Zapier with great results. Phasing out our Zaps as we go!
