This is a fantastic app. I downloaded to my iPad first, then to my iPhone 6. I tried to use it on the iPhone and at first use I got only a black screen. I then tried the iPad and within minutes I had scanned the codes in the microwave, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer and in every case the app got the Brand, model and serial number immediately.
