I would not recommend using billshark. Billshark lowered my phone bill by $14 each month, and for this I had to pay them $150 upfront. I had to ay 1.5 month's worth of my phone bill to make up for a service designed to lower my phone bill :S I thoroughly read the website and terms, but I missed the fact that they calculate their 40% margin based on TWO YEARS worth of savings.
