Through an e-commerce platform and it wasn't even my core target market. I sell ear plugs typically for light sleepers or individuals WFH with a noisy environment. But my first customer was a lady who motorbikes at quick speeds. The wind in the helmet can be noisy so having ear plugs to help reduce the wind sound - and yet being able to hear the surroundings was what she wanted. Never knew...
