
Im a senior and had a very difficult time with this app. I couldnt tell if it went through or not so i tried a second time. I have had alot of trauma in my life so my thought process is not normal. I began to panic thinking I was going to be charged twice. So I decided to cancel and couldnt figure out how to do it. I live on just my S/S check which is very little and cant afford to pay for 2 subscriptions. I reached out to Hallow and they gave me steps to cancel but I couldnt get it to work. Iasked if someone in the office could help me and I got nothing. I notified them 4 more times and still no response! This must be a very good app but its frustrating I cant get any help from them to determine if I paid twice or even if my info went through to them. This is a Christian app and Im surprised customer service is not more helpful. A phone number to call or online chat would be nice
