
I was one of the first subscribers to the free trial but the website was "vibe coded" and full of bugs, so it wasn't showing that I was actually subscribed.
To this day they charged me 3 months of subscriptions and I don't have any way to cancel it because on their website it says I'm not subscribed.
I tried contacting the support on 3 different occasions: 06/23/25 - 07/19/25 - 09/07/25 they replied asking my if I don't own multiple accounts, and I checked and I don't.
Still waiting for a reply to my last message.
