We started building MindLi after seeing how often emotional stress at work goes unnoticed until it becomes burnout or resignation. Our goal wasn t to create another HR survey. We wanted something that feels human, simple, and emotionally supportive something people would actually want to engage with. Here s how it works: MindLi sends warm, friendly messages to employees It gently asks simple, thoughtful questions to understand how people really feel It listens daily, responds with empathy, encouragement, and small tips It anonymously analyzes responses and generates a clear emotional report for HR HR receives a clear, visual, anonymous report so they can act early before it s too late We re still in the early phase and truly open to feedback.
