I had no idea that missing a subscription payment would lead to all my files being wiped out. After I finally paid and logged back in, I was shocked to see everything gone. It turns out that if your payment doesn’t go through, they clear your stored files. While it’s a bit harsh, the platform itself has been solid since then. I just wish there was a buffer period before data gets erased.
