I'm not an email power user, but for me Polymail has succeeded where Sparrow and Mailbox have failed. This app has actually gotten to me to inbox 0 and weaned me off of my dependence on Gmail's WebUI. My favorite features are the email read tracking, scheduled emails, and the Unsubscribe button.
