Does the knowledge base support both structured and unstructured data? And can I set up guardrails as to what info it may share with customers or leads? Specifically I’m looking to enable the agent with as much information as possible to make it autonomous. While at the same time providing clear guardrails to assure it won’t spit out confidential information to the wrong people. Thanks!
