Notion
Notion for me is a mixed experience. On the one hand this is one of the best note taking apps, because it allows for creating complex pages and databases. Ont the other hand its hosted nature and inability to work offline in the app makes it less trustable than a solution like Obsidian, which works fully offline and just syncs the changes when online. That's why I use Notion only for notes I need to share with other people or for creating very simple websites.

Obsidian
Great note taking app and also good for creating a knowledge database. It can be synced using a paid plan, but it is also easy to sync via OneDrive or Google Drive. I really like it to work on complex projects for university.

Anytype
The potential of Anytype as a all-in-one note-taking solution is huge. Right now it's not perfect yet and I'm looking forward to new and more feature, especially when it comes to sharing notes or collaborating, but it is already a solid start and it isn't even released yet. Keep going, this might be great.
