I currently develop team management system based on my research of teams that more than agile. I conducted over 60 interviews with people involved in r&d, startup, exploratory, scientific teams who commonly think that scrum and agile is not enough for their purposes. Based on insights collected and my personal knowledge I am writing a book and developing software which could help such teams.
