Superhuman has transformed the way I manage email. Even with complex client handling, I always stay on top of every conversation without feeling overwhelmed. What used to be a heavy, intricate task package now feels incredibly smooth and easy to work through. Imho, one of the best tools to get ridiculous amount of focus time back every business day.
especially this becomes obvious whenever I need to hand over a large volume of client communication to a co-worker due to vacation or other absences. With comments and shared context, the transition is clear and frictionless, and nothing gets lost in the process.
What needs improvement
The only real improvement (and I’m sure I’m not the only one) is on mobile: the core-interaction makes it a bit too easy to mix up “comment” and “email.” A comment can quickly turn into an actual client-facing message if you’re moving fast, so you have to be extra careful.

Is the app stable and fast on mobile and desktop?
Yes! sometimes, there is unfortunate an unstable connection with the ai assistant. which is not a problem in fact, but pls let me keep my draft in the inbox
Any privacy or security concerns with AI features?
