Was really excited by this offering and was ready to sign up . First I was told that we needed to be venture backed. Then seeing comments from @dcancel and @davegerhardt saying that VC/Accelerator was no longer a requirement, I tried again only to be told by multiple sales reps that it wasn't the case. dont know who's telling the truth and who isn't. gave up bothering after a few attempts.

The itunes subscription doesnt sync well with their site. So I end up losing 5+ days of my monthly subscription. I have complained but they havent done anything about it.
