I’ve been with LaunchPass for almost a year now and I have to say I’m blown away by the professionalism and customer service provided by the LaunchPass staff. They go out of their way provide top tier support such as responding within minutes, finding solutions with minimal delays and taking feedback from their customers. I’ve had the privilege to work with Dan Nguyen on several occasions and I recently joined a call with Chloe Harris, and I have to say, both individuals are remarkable and pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes are highly appreciated. We need more Dan’s and Chloe’s in world, that’s for sure. Thank you LaunchPass for all you do and the staff you have!
