I'm a dev and Airbnb host. A few years into renting out my place, I got tired of spreadsheets, missed depreciation schedules, and paying an accountant just to file my LMNP taxes (the French furnished-rental status). So I built OpenLMNP: free, open-source, self-hostable accounting software made for hosts like me (property tracking, depreciation, tax return generation, the works). Goal: make proper LMNP accounting accessible to every small host, not just the ones who can afford a cabinet comptable.
