You press Alt+M, type something like "make this dark and get rid of the clutter," and the page just does it. If you like how it turned out, you keep it, and it comes back automatically every time you open that site again.
I built it because I was sick of every site looking however someone else decided it should look. Now I just reshape the handful I actually use and never think about it again.
