I started using Optimum last month as a "test project" and it was actually a lot better than I had expected! I own a small hamburger restaurant that has always been struggling with reviews and this kicked things off in the right direction, with basically doubling my total reviews in a month and luckily hiding the few negative ones that some customers left that we didn't deserve. This looks incredibly interesting as I've grown to dislike Unroll.me a lot, but Unroll's best feature is the "roll-up" rather than the automated unsubscribe, so I just wish someone would come along with a product that would offer this option as well ..
