I have been a full-stack engineer, technical support, developer advocate, engineering manager, and technical Customer Success leader -- throughout all this, I realized a significant gap in the Customer Success tools market that catered specifically towards more technically-focused teams. Working with customers on challenging technical integrations is hard, and supporting them beyond onboarding is even more complex. The tools of today are focused heavily on traditional CS customer journeys and a purely sales-based approach and don't integrate well with highly technical products or teams -- with that in mind, my co-founder and I started Hibou!
