As a first-time founder gearing up for my first launch, I found myself getting overwhelmed by all the moving parts. To keep my sanity, I started building out a super-detailed checklist.

First time poster, first time founder. After spending 15+ years in fintech in the bay, going from PayPal to SimpleLegal (YC S13) to Stripe, I'm solo founding a B2C fintech.

Most of my previous launches have been open-source libraries (these) and Wikipedia-oriented work (e.g., L2W) on HN and Reddit. PH sure has changed a lot since I first gave it a look! Was originally thinking an HN launch in a couple weeks, but honestly PH has come so far since I first looked at it, I'm thinking it might be a better fit.
