I feel your pain. I think it's just simply a bad habit and i'm guilty of this. However, I think the latest version of Safari does a good job of managing tab groups. I prefer the UX on Safari more and I think it helped me get better organized. I was using chrome before.

As someone that has always worked for software companies, my opinion on remote work is probably biased. It is strictly for the software industry and I agree with Sree that there isn’t one way that's right for all companies.
