Congrats on the launch! I have been using this app for a while and it has helped me several times with my anxiety struggles. I love the clean, intuitive interface and the thinking traps section. For me, journaling with Unstuck has helped me identify my emotional triggers and make a move away from the spiraling thoughts. Excited to see what the team comes up with next.
