Product manager in Sofia, Bulgaria, building at the intersection of AI agents and developer tooling. By day I lead an AI observability platform at Progress Software. We help teams understand what their LLM apps and agents are actually doing in production: traces, evals, costs, failures, the whole picture. Observability is where we started, and we're expanding it into a full AI engineering platform covering the entire agent lifecycle. I'm also the founder of Babuger, an AI SDR that runs email and LinkedIn outreach end to end. I've shipped products across enterprise software, fintech, and devtools, and I still think the best product insight comes from talking to users directly.
