About

Hi, I’m Luli Quintino. I’m deeply curious about how systems work, especially the ones that shape how people live, work, and exchange value. I’ve always been drawn to complex environments like finance, marketplaces, healthcare, and infrastructure — not because they are easy, but because they are full of inefficiencies waiting to be redesigned. My way of thinking about the world is simple: every broken process is an opportunity to build something better. I spend a lot of time observing how people navigate systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. That’s often where the most interesting problems appear. From there, I focus on understanding the root of the friction and designing solutions that make complex systems feel natural to use.

Med Flow is an open-source tool designed to help shift-based physicians plan work more consciously
