To be honest, most of the time it's 50/50. Especially when things aren't going as planned. I have never experienced such high and low emotions in a span of 10 minutes as I have being an "entrepreneur".

It's never too soon to launch on Product Hunt + you can schedule your launch 1 month in advance. But like the guide says, the best time to launch is when you are ready. I would like to add my 5 cents to this. You are never going to feel like you're ready. Build it, ship it, test it, break it, fix it, ship it again, ... you get the point. I hope this helps.

Hi, I'm starting a new project soon and I will start by talking to users first but they are all people I know. I feel like that is going to make things a bit easier for me. Do you have any advice on how to do this?

Soo far this year I've read The Almanack of Naval Ravikant and The Solitude of Prime Numbers - it's a beautiful novel written by an Italian author Paolo Giordano. I strongly believe that not every book you read should be related to "getting better". Some books you read because you enjoy them. And with reading you get better. Next on my list is The Lively Art of Writing, because I want to get...

Acquiring users is very hard. Making them stay is even harder. As a small, bootstrapped startup you have to show your value from day 1 and you have to keep proving your worth.

The role of leadership is very important and it can not be neglected. As someone who manages a team I always try to make time for conversations about things outside of work and take interest in individuals personal life. Caring about your team is essential as a manager because without them there would be no team, soo nourishing the relationship is very important. With doing such things you...

Hey, we launched on the 3rd of July and here is what we've been doing since: 1. Talking to users and fixing problems (bugs) they come across while using our product. 2. Having 1:1 sessions with a couple of users to test the simplicity of the product and see what works and what doesn't in regards to buttons, text bracets and copywriting. 3. Posting in channels like Hackernews, Indiehackers,...

I have actually decided that I'm going to write a book about myself and my life journey and publish it when I'm 50. The thought came to me when I read this qoute from Naval Ravikant saying "To write a book, one must first become the book." And that really ignited a flame in me to do stuff I usually wouldn't, to overcome struggles and to take risks. Because no one wants to read a book in which...

When creating healthy eating habits you have to understand that the first 2 weeks are extremly hard (especially if all you were eating before was crap). The greatest advice i can give you for starters without confusing you, which is what a lot of information on the internet does is to just eat WHOLE foods (one ingridient, ex. banana, beef, eggs, avocado,...), NO SEED OILS and NO ADDED SUGAR! If...
