Customer support is really bad. This company does not care about providing good customer service. I had problems with my annual subscription and they didn't make an effort to resolve and keep me as a customer. I paid for 1 year of service, it only worked for a few months (they don't want to solve the problem) and they don't refund the amount proportional to the remaining period.

This extension, in addition to requiring full access to all Google Drive files, in the latest version now requires permission to manage all apps, extensions and user themes. I contacted support to ask why these last 3 permissions were included and how this will help extracting data from websites. They don't explain the reason for these new permissions and just say that users must accept all permissions. The extension is very useful, but I lost confidence due to the lack of transparency.
