Hi 👋, I'm Luca. I created Focused, a productivity system on Notion to help people define and achieve their life goals by becoming sustainably productive, organized, and efficient, while avoiding burnout and stress. My main motivation is helping people, which is why I've spent the last 10+ years in healthcare and why I created Focused. After experiencing high stress and a post-COVID breakdown, I combined my passion for productivity and organization to create something that helps others achieve their goals sustainably. On a personal note, I'm married and a father to the best daughter in the world 🥰. I love playing basketball, going to the gym, and watching sports, especially the NBA and F1.
