Their customer service is beyond atrocious. I signed up on July 28, the phone arrived inoperative and I had to return it. The only contact is via online chat which requires keeping the web page open while you slog through a 30-45 minute or longer queue or text messaging which requires you to be ready to respond instantly when they text back 3-4 hours later.
