This is a scam. Waited close to 2 years to get 3 masks and still nothing. They even charged me extra for shipping and accessories several months ago but nothing was ever sent. Customer service responses are sparse but keep making promises they fail on over and over again. This is a scam praying on people in a crisis. UVMask and Kickstarter should be held accountable.

Horrible Gag Reflex. And Customer Service? Even Worse. The brush took over 3 weeks to arrive. The first time I used it it triggered violent gag reflex which made it unusable. I contacted customer service and said I want to return it. Instead they offered to send me a smaller brush attachment to hopefully prevent the gagging. Weeks later the attachment still had not arrived. I requested a refund...
