Booked a birthday cameo for my son (who requested it) with Robert Carradine. The term expired. Customer service said 'sometimes life happens' and that I could rebook, so I did, and another week passed with no result. Now 2 weeks past my son's birthday, I have nothing to show. Previously had successfully booked a cameo with Kevin McDonald from Kids in the Hall for my brother's birthday. Kevin was someone my brother adored (we used to, too) and the video was horrifyingly disturbing. The guy needs therapy. Absolutely terrible experience with this company.
