What needs improvement
After half a dozen outreach attempts requesting a collaborative Zoom call to explore enterprise deployment, we were declined and told our B2B logistics platform violated terms of service for 'restricted industries.' This assumption was entirely inaccurate—we operate a standard freight claims SaaS for brokers and shippers.
Actionable feedback:
Publish (more clearly) restricted industries list before onboarding
Offer discovery calls to prevent misclassification
Improve response times during evaluation (days/weeks of slow back-and-forth adds friction)
Great product for its target market, but the vetting process needs a service-level mindset. When eligibility is unclear, a 15-minute call prevents wasted cycles on both sides.
