While the product is great the shipping and actually getting the item is HORRIBLE. a shipping label isn't t made until 6 or 7 days after you order and then a few days after that its actually in transit and then another 7 days before you actually get the item.. so it is over a 2 week wait. I go through walmart now to get the refills.. they cant expect you to enroll in autoship when your lucky to get the item 2 weeks later!!! Your better off getting a bottle from ebay or walmart. the only reason i went through cirkul website was to get a green stainless steel bottle and not a plastic one
