As Cascade has gotten better, we noticed that the tasks users are giving it have gotten more complex. Instead of just asking Cascade to make simple edits, users are relying on Cascade to build out entire features, perform large refactors, and implement PRs end to end. More complex tasks mean longer prompts with more information which can often be laborious to type out. In this wave, we re bringing voice support to Cascade. This means that users can just speak to Cascade rather than having to type things out (though it doesn t talk back yet)

After being blown away by what @Sesame voice demo could do, I jumped at the chance to try their recently released open-source model (CSM-b1) in one of my apps.
Bad news: it failed spectacularly - if anyone was successful applying it, let me know please.
But ended up creating the Startup Roast Generator, with audio roasts powered by (with Audio -> from @ElevenLabs or @OpenAI TTS, sorry Sesame).
It s wired to roast every idea no exceptions. Even the most brilliant concepts - including today s launches - get burned. It s all in good fun, so don t take it to heart!
