Ordered a framed picture of a recently deceased pet. I was obviously emotional and didn’t understand they would print as is. I received it, but what is a beautiful picture was placed with the mat over the tip of her nose! I’m heartbroken!
I contacted them by email and they were downright unhelpful. Even lied about not receiving my email!
I had planned a wall of pet photos. It will NOT be ordered through them!
