Switched our team to eXo Platform 7.0 after getting fed up with Slack's limitations. The open-source freedom is refreshing - we finally own our data completely. The interface is clean and the document collaboration works surprisingly well. Had to get our IT guy to handle the Docker setup though, and some team members miss Slack's mobile polish. For technical teams who care about privacy, it's a game changer. For non-tech companies, maybe wait for more user-friendly install options.
